Server Maintenance

In order to maintain good quality and a high degree of security, we continuously conduct maintenance work to the Customer Portal and the underlying systems. During these service windows, there may be interruptions in the Customer Portal.

The service windows are scheduled in the evening between 17:00 and 22:00. On these occasions we recommend that you do not to ask for price indications in the Customer Portal (Kundportalen).

One day before the planned service window, we will inform you via a red link on the login window.
